USA Sports Marketing is an authorized distributor of authentic officially licensed sports products for all major sporting events and guarantees 100% satisfaction on all products purchased!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to return the product to USA Sports Marketing in a resalable condition for a refund of the merchandise sales price.

Please note:
- All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition. We suggest for your own protection that you ship the package back to us insured for purchase value.
- Enclose a copy of the sales receipt with the product(s) being returned and note on the sales receipt the reason for the return.
- Refunds over $500.00 are subject to a 19% restocking fee
- Return policy does not apply to custom orders or when condition of the product is clearly noted in the product description. (e.g. - toned baseball, blemished football).
- Your refund will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the return of the resalable product(s)

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Sales Tax
Sales tax is billed to CT (Connecticut) customers only at the current rate of (6.35%) on tangible goods only. Labor and shipping aren’t not included in the sales tax calculation. All sales tax collected is remitted to the State of Connecticut on a quarterly basis.
